Q: How will the order from your site appear on my credit card statement?
A: The charge for your order will appear on your credit card statement as "classica", our credit cards processor.
All charges are converted to and appear in U.S. dollars.

Q: Are imported cigarettes always subjected to duty taxes?
A: No. Duty tax is not charged for buying and importing up to 200 cigarettes / 21 days (for Europe), and 1,200 / 21 days (for US). DutyFreeDepot ships each carton separately to its customers, i.e. if you ordered 5 cartons, your order will be shipped to you in 5 separate packages all sent at a few days´ interval and thus they will not arrive simultaneously.

Q: Do you guarantee that no duty tax will be paid worldwide?
A: No. It is the customer's responsibility to verify and abide by all applicable laws concerning the delivery or taxation to his / her region. Some countries may occasionally change international postal regulations and standards.

Q: What should I do if i have to pay duty tax in order to receive my order?
A: In this rare situation (highly unlikely in the U.S.) you can either:

Pay the duty tax and collect the parcel. The total amount will still be much lower than the regular retail price.

Reject the parcel, which will be returned to us. Upon receiving your parcel in our warehouse you will be fully refunded for the items returned.

A: By sending all products in a single carton, your order might be subjected to duty tax since the weight and value would not fall within the prescribed international parameters.
